HOW TO JOIN A SPORTS TEAM AT DHJ


STEP 1 - COMMUNICATE WITH THE COACH

  1. 1a. Download the SportsYou app & enter the access code for the sport you wish to play (ask any coach at school for SportsYou code)
  1. 1b. Message the coach or talk to him/her in person

STEP 2 - BECOME ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE

  1. 2a. Get a physical from a clinic or doctor and use this form (you may also get a copy from the athletic trainers) 2026 Physical Form (Click Here)
  1. 2b. Complete RankOne Participation Forms https://fortworthisd.rankonesport.com/
  1. 2c. Complete a concussion baseline test with a coach or athletic trainer 
  1. 2d. Pass all of your classes.
  1. 2e. If you are transferring from another school, additional paperwork will be necessary.
